Kansas Department of Commerce
The Kansas Department of Commerce is a department of the government of Kansas under the Governor of Kansas. As the state's lead economic development agency, it is responsible for business recruitment and expansion, as well as workforce development. The head of the Department is the Secretary of Commerce, who is appointed by the Governor, with the approval of the Kansas Senate.

The Department is led by the Secretary of Commerce. Under Governor Laura Kelly, David Toland is currently serving as the Active Secretary. Patty Clark is serving as Deputy Secretary.

gollark: The precise time is tunable, after some amount of time it would probably cease to be discussed. And why should they *not* exist? The logreading issue is fixable as I said, search... maybe less so, but I'm not sure how many search queries actually turn up that stuff *now* and how big an issue it would be.

gollark: It could be semiautomated based on keywords (or, indeed, the criteria used to decide whether to have a conversation or not under your proposal), and disable it after, say, 15 minutes of no activity.
