Kamenka (Russian: Каменка) is a rural locality (a selo) in Beloyarovsky Selsoviet of Mazanovsky District, Amur Oblast, Russia. The population was 11 as of 2018.[2] There are 3 streets.

The village is located 3 km from the left bank of the Zeya River, 22 km south-west from Novokiyevsky Uval and 8 km from Beloyarovo.
