Julie Sullivan
Dr. Julie Sullivan is an American academic administrator, currently serving as the 15th president of the University of St. Thomas, a private Roman Catholic institution in St. Paul, Minnesota. As the successor of Dennis Dease, Sullivan is the first woman to hold the title in St. Thomas' 128-year history.[1][2]

Before becoming the president in July 2013, she had served as the executive vice president and provost at the University of San Diego since 2005. From 2003 to 2005, Sullivan held a professorship in the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego. She also served as an instructor for seventeen years at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.[3]
Sullivan earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a master’s degree in taxation, and a Ph.D in business from the University of Florida. She is a (non-practicing) Certified Public Accountant.[4]
