Jones Knowles Ritchie[1] (JKR) is a creative business based in London, New York, Singapore and Shanghai.

History

JKR was founded in 1990 by Joe Jones, Andrew Knowles and Ian Ritchie, based on the belief that great design helps brands grow.

After 22 years in London, the agency expanded across the Atlantic in 2012, with Sara Hyman founding JKR New York. This was soon followed by the creation of JKR Singapore in 2013 by Emily Kousah and Katie Ewer and JKR Shanghai in 2015 by Rene Chen and Yolanda Tang. In 2016, JKR acquired Glassick Brands to expand their Singapore offering.

Notable Awards

JKR have been awarded numerous accolades over the course of their history. They have won Gold Clio awards for their work on Budweiser, Budweiser America, Budweiser Prohibition and Domino’s, wooden D&AD pencils for Budweiser Prohibition, Domino’s and Kennaland, a Gold Eurobest award for Hippeas and a Gold One Show award for Bud Light.
