John D. Marshall (American football)
John D. Marshall was an American football coach. He served as the head coach at Livingstone College in Salisbury, North Carolina from 1965 to 1972 and at Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia form 1974 to 1976.[2]

gollark: Plus it might be dependent on long-term environmental things or genetics, in which case good luck.
gollark: I would assume it's because the immune system still isn't extremely well-understood, and vaccination is easier and more consistent.
