Jizz Hornkamp
Jizz Hornkamp (born 7 March 1998) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a striker for FC Den Bosch having previously played for SC Heerenveen.[1][2]

Career
Jizz Hornkamp played in the youth sides of SV De Rijp, Ajax, AZ and SC Heerenveen, originally starting his career as a striker before converting to a defender. Since the 2017–18 season, Hornkamp has been part of the first team squad at SC Heerenveen. He made his debut for SC Heerenveen in the playoffs for the UEFA Europa League on 9 May 2018, in the home match against FC Utrecht, which was won 4–3. He came on the field as a substitute for Reza Ghoochannejhad the 88th minute.[3] In July 2019 Hornkamp was announced as having joined FC Den Bosch.[4]
