Jhoanis Portilla
Jhoanis Carlos Portilla (born 24 July 1990) is a Cuban hurdler.[2] He competed in the 110 metres hurdles event at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing reaching the semifinals. His personal bests are 13.30 seconds in the 110 metres hurdles (+0.8 m/s, Toronto 2015) and 7.74 seconds in the 60 metres hurdles (Sopot 2014).

gollark: Basically, if you use `?` on a `Result<T, io::Error>` your function must return `Result<T, io::Error>` (or something with an error type can store `io::Error`s).

gollark: Meanwhile in C you have "error codes" and actually have to pass in output things by reference for stupid reasons and basically have Go-but-worse error handling.

- Note: Because Portilla's heat and one other took place in heavy rain unlike later heats, there was a re-run for athletes who failed to qualify by right. Portilla was disqaulified in that repechage.
