Jeffrey A. D. Weima

Jeffrey Alan David Weima (PhD, Wycliffe College, University of Toronto) is an American theologian. He has held the position of Professor of New Testament at Calvin Theological Seminary since 1992.[1]

He was awarded a B.A. (Brock University, 1983), M.Div. (Calvin Theological Seminary, 1986), Th.M. (Calvin Theological Seminary, 1987), Ph.D. (Wycliffe College, University of Toronto, 1992). Weima has concentrated his research and writing on the Pauline letters, particularly 1-2 Thessalonians.

gollark: Here in the UK it seems that you can get unlimited mobile data plans pretty cheaply, which is nice.
gollark: Data caps kind of make sense in that they get people to reduce usage a lot but allow high-bandwidth access when needed... but are very annoying.
gollark: I think the idea is to provide a better alternative to existing satellite services, and to also compete against ADSL-type connections in rural areas.
gollark: It's better than existing satellite services.
gollark: It's a shame the Starlink satellites don't have space telescopes on them or something. Though that probably wouldn't be practical.
