Ivano-Kuvalat (Russian: Ивано-Кувалат) is a rural locality (a selo) in Ivano-Kuvalatsky Selsoviet, Zilairsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 430 as of 2010.[2] There are 7 streets.
