In the Shadows is an adventure published by Chaosium in 1995 for the horror role-playing game Call of Cthulhu.

In the Shadows is a scenario pack for Call of Cthulhu containing three scenarios: "Devil's Hole", "In the Shadows of Death", and "The Song of the Spheres".[1]

Reception

Paul Pettengale reviewed In the Shadows for Arcane magazine, rating it a 7 out of 10 overall.[1] Pettengale comments that "These scenarios [...] are worthy of purchase providing you don't mind having your investigators travel between continents (and you don't mind copying out the hand-outs by hand). They prove that Chaosium are still capable of producing fine material, using some fresh approaches, all this time after CoC's original release."[1]
