Ilikovo (Russian: Иликово) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Gorkovsky Selsoviet, Kushnarenkovsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 541 as of 2010.[2] There are 5 streets.

It is located 34 km from Kushnarenkovo.
