Hydrophis obscurus
Hydrophis obscurus, commonly known as Russell's sea snake, is a species of venomous sea snake in the family Elapidae.[1]

Distribution
It is found in the Indian Ocean (Sri Lanka, India, Myanmar [formerly Burma], Bangladesh).
