Hugh Mortimer
Hugh Roger Mortimer LVO (19 September 1949 – 23 January 2016) was a former British diplomat.
He was educated at Cheltenham College, the University of Surrey (BSc, Linguistics) and King's College London (MA, War Studies).[1] He served as British Ambassador to Slovenia from 2001-2005.
