It was founded in 1966. The hovercraft was developed by Hovercraft Development in the early 1960s. In the 1970s it was affiliated to the Water Recreation Division of the Central Council of Physical Recreation (now the Sport and Recreation Alliance).[1]
Structure
The HCGB is affiliated to the World Hovercraft Federation[2] and European Hovercraft Federation[3]. It is recognised as the sports governing body for hovercraft in England by Sport England[4], and by Sportscotland, Sport Wales and by UK Sport[5]. It is not recognised by Sport Northern Ireland.
gollark: I'm kind of interested in this server now, especially if there are drone swarms. I've never seen a good drone swarm before, because SC and whatnot don't really allow them to work because claims.
gollark: SSH is the best way.
gollark: Though there are chunkloading upgrades which you could maybe use.
gollark: The main issue is probably chunkloading, since drones need to, well, move through the air to get places.
gollark: Anyway, for drone swarms I recommend just screnching them and stealing them, or failing that (I mean, you could do both), hijacking the drone swarm and sending it against your enemies.
