Hotkan Rural District
Hotkan Rural District (Persian: دهستان حتكن) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Zarand County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,247, in 384 families.[1] The rural district has 22 villages.
