"Hold Me" is a song by Savage Garden, released as the sixth overall single from their second studio album, Affirmation. The music video features Darren walking around Borough Market, and streets in South London, whilst trucks drive in and out of them. The single was most successful in New Zealand, where it reached number 13.

Song meaning
In a video posted on the band's Facebook page on 21 June 2015, singer Darren Hayes explained that "Hold Me" had been written about a marriage breaking down.
