Hingalol
Hingalol or Hingalool (Somali: Xingalool) is a small town in the eastern Sanaag region of Somalia.[1]

Overview
Hingalol is situated on the Hadeed Plateau of the Sanaag region.[2] A small hamlet, it grew in size in the wake of the Somali Civil War.
Education
Hingalol has a number of academic institutions. According to the Puntland Ministry of Education, there are 11 primary schools in the Hingalol District. Among these are Mindhicir, Shibiraale, Carmale and Darul Qur'aan.[3] Secondary schools in the area include Hingalol Secondary.[4]
