Here It Is is the sixth studio album by Freddie Jackson, released in 1994 on RCA Records. After several years of R&B success, vocalist Freddie Jackson left Capitol Records for RCA Records late in 1993. "Here It Is" includes the singles "Come Home II U", "I Love" and "My Family".
