Heliothrips is a genus of thrips in the family Thripidae. There are about 18 described species in Heliothrips.[1][2][3]

Some of these changes do indeed address issues people have raised, but as far as I can tell nobody has actually had an issue with advertising and cargo-culting unnecessary strict and unclear rules from larger servers is actually bad.
