Gwilym Davies (barista)

Gwilym Rhys Davies (born February 1967) is a British barista.

Davies was born in Cheltenham, England, and grew up in Leeds, Yorkshire.[1] Davies won the World Barista Championship in Atlanta, USA in April 2009.[2] Becoming well known for his coffee carts on Whitecross Street and Columbia Road[3] as well as having started the Prufrock coffee shop in Present on Shoreditch High Street.[4]
