Gustavo César

Gustavo César Veloso (born January 29, 1980 in Vilagarcía de Arousa) is a Spanish professional road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI Continental team W52–FC Porto.[2] He has competed for the team since 2013 after his previous team, Andalucía,[3] folded.
