Grupo Intermedia, S.A de C.V. is a Mexican television company, located in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Intermedia was founded in 1980 by Arnoldo Cabada de la O, XHIJ-TV's founder and company owner. [1]
