SES-16
SES-16 is a geostationary communications satellite operated by SES and designed and manufactured by Orbital ATK; it is a joint venture between SES and Luxembourg. It has a mass of 4,230 kg (9,330 lb) and has a design life of at least 15 years.[1] The satellite, also known as GovSat-1, was launched by SpaceX on January 31, 2018.[2]
