Similar to Terrible Thrills, Vol. 2 (2015), a cover album of Bleachers' first studio album Strange Desire (2014), Terrible Thrills, Vol. 3 Was released in March 2019 as a set of four 7-inch singles. A female artist covered songs from Gone Now, with its release accompanied by a Bleachers demo or rare song.[23]
