Like most professional wrestling championships, the title is won as a result of a scripted match. There have been eighteen reigns shared among eighteen teams and twenty five wrestlers. Queen's Quest (Saya Kamitani and Utami Hayashishita) are the current champions in their first reign as a team, while it's the second reign individually for Hayashishita.[2]
