Gmina Lutomiersk is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Pabianice County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Lutomiersk, which lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north-west of Pabianice and 19 km (12 mi) west of the regional capital Łódź.
