Give It 2 'Em Raw is the debut studio album by American rapper Soulja Slim, released on May 19, 1998 on No Limit Records and Priority. It is widely considered one of No Limit’s greatest albums. The album was a mild success, debuting at number 13 on the Billboard 200.[1] It also debuted at number 4 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.[2] This is Soulja's most successful album on the Billboard charts.

Commercial performance

The album debuted at number 13 on the Billboard 200 chart, with first-week sales of 82,000 copies in the United States.[3] Tapp was serving in prison on a probation violation in 1998 when his first album, "Give it 2 ‘Em Raw, " eventually sold 500,000 copies. The album received a gold certification was re-issued in 2006 and has now sold 560,000 copies. [4]
