Ghulam Qawis Abubaker

Ghulam Qawis Abubaker is the current governor of Kapisa, Afghanistan. He succeeded Abdul Sattar Murad, who was dismissed after critical comments in Newsweek regarding the central government's ineffectiveness in remote areas of the province.[1]
