Ghana Biomedical Convention

The Ghana Biomedical Convention is multidisciplinary professional body that was established in 2007. The convention seeks to bring biomedical professionals from Ghana and the world over to share current researches in the field.[1] The convention holds an annual convention called the Ghana Biomed.The first Biomed convention was held at the University of Ghana, Legon in 2008.[2]

2011 Convention

The 2011 Biomed convention was held at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.[1][3]

gollark: I mean, plants turn carbon dioxide into... plant bits... which means you have to grow plants and then stockpile those plant bits somewhere without burning them.
gollark: Funnily enough, photovoltaic panels are actually more efficient at sunlight→energy conversion than plants.

gollark: Wouldn't a fusion reactor with failing containment... vent several-million-degrees plasma everywhere?
gollark: Solar is kind of nice and all, but storage is a problem and so is having to blanket miles of land in solar panels.
