Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes
The Georgia Southwestern Hurricanes (also Georgia Southwestern or GSW) are the athletic teams that represent Georgia Southwestern State University, located in Americus, Georgia, in NCAA Division II intercollegiate sporting competitions.

The Hurricanes compete as members of the Peach Belt Conference for all 10 varsity sports. GSW has been a member of the Peach Belt since 2006.

Former sports
Football was played at the university between 1983 and 1989.[1] The men's Tennis program was discontinued in 2019.[2]
