Geoffrey Chater

Geoffrey Michael Chater Robinson[1] (born 23 March 1921), is an English television and film actor and poet. He was born in Barnet, Hertfordshire. His first role was as "Constable" in Master Cook[2] and Magnificence.[3] He also had a minor role in a British TV serial Brideshead Revisited where he played a role of British Consul.[4] As of 2017, Chater was still giving poetry readings.[5]
