Garth Counsell

Garth Counsell has been bishop of Table Bay, a suffragan bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Cape Town, since 2004.[1] Like the Bishop of Dover he is in effect the Diocesan Bishop as his superior is Primate of an Ecclesiastical Province.[2]

gollark: Actually, better idea: *99%* of people (randomly picked) aren't allowed to vote, but can still go to the voting booth as usual and vote and whatnot, it's just not counted, and the people who are and aren't allowed don't know this.
