Gaines, Missouri

Gaines is an unincorporated community in Henry County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1]

History

A post office called Gaines was established in 1883, and remained in operation until 1904.[2] The community has the name of Ben Gaines, the original owner of the town site.[3]
