French aviso Rigault de Genouilly

Rigault de Genouilly was a Bougainville-class aviso of the French Navy. The ship was designed to operate from French colonies in Asia and Africa. On 4 July 1940 Rigault de Genouilly was torpedoed and sunk by the submarine HMS Pandora off the Algerian coast.[1]
