Frank McCann
Frank McCann is an American Brazilianist expert in Brazilian military history.[1] He is a professor emeritus of history at the University of New Hampshire.[2][3] His work publicised in English Brazil's participations in the world wars.[4]
He also studies the relationship between Brazil and the United States.[5]
