Frank Lomani

Frank Lomani (born 18 April 1996) is a Fijian rugby union player who plays for the Fijian Drua in the National Rugby Championship competition as well as the Fijian Latui in the Global Rapid Rugby competition.[1] He also trained with the Super Rugby side Melbourne Rebels during the 2018 season[2]. His position of choice is scrum-half. He signed a two-year contract with the Melbourne Rebels for the 2020-2021 seasons.

gollark: The system is weird and half government-funded, though. There's a cap of £9250/year but most universities just charge right up to the limit.
gollark: Well, yes, you do pay here. In pretty much all cases you will pay anyway, just indirectly.
gollark: Anyway, I'm not completely convinced that universities actually do offer enough value that spending three/four years and ~£50000+ is worth it.
