Fort Folly First Nation
The Fort Folly First Nation is a Mi'kmaq First Nation band government located near the village of Dorchester, New Brunswick, Canada.
History
Population
The First Nation had a total of 111 people registered as of October 2008, of which 29 lived on their own reserve.
Governance
The current Chief of the First Nation is Joseph Knockwood. The Councillors of the First Nation are Rebecca Knockwood and Jennifer Knockwood. Their term expires in 2011. The band is a member of the North Shore Micmac District Council and the Atlantic Policy Congress of First Nation.
Reserve
The First Nation has one reserve, Fort Folly 1. The reserve has an area of 56.1 hectares (139 acres). This reserve came into existence in 1840, under the New Brunswick Indian Act.

gollark: I don't know why you would make it so that you could just directly write on the student number.
gollark: The low-frequency ones just ship with a presumably-random unique ID number; if you just had a list of which ID numbers each student owned, then it would be somewhat more secure since at least you would have to *copy* their card or something.
gollark: From my vague knowledge of how NFC cards work, they would have had to go to *some effort* to make it insecure like that.
