"Flow" is a song by Australian singer Casey Donovan. The song was released in July 2005 as the third and final single from her debut studio album For You (2004). The song peaked at number 51 on the ARIA Charts.

While these things maybe *can* help with the general skill of being able to translate your complex and underspecified intentions into actual code, they aren't really *marketed* that way and thus are probably not taught usefully that way, and they're bad at, well, teaching programming directly.
