Flädle
Flädle is a southern German dish from the region of Schwaben, derived from savory pancakes.[1] In Austria Flädle is called Frittaten; the word frittaten is derived from the Italian frittata ("frying"). In other parts of Germany, it is known as Eierkuchensuppe, derived from the regional name for Eierkuchen.
