Fired Up (Alesha album)

Fired Up is the debut solo album by Alesha Dixon, former member of the R&B/garage girl group Mis-Teeq. The album was originally planned for release on 6 November 2006 on Polydor Records, following the second single, but was then postponed indefinitely. The album has spawned two singles; the UK #14 hit "Lipstick" and the UK #45 "Knockdown". Fired Up was released only in Japan. It includes remixes of "Knockdown" and "Lipstick" that were featured on the UK single releases of "Lipstick" and "Knockdown" (the K Gee Heat remix of "Knockdown" was sampled in the video for "Knockdown"). For the Japanese release, the tracks were put in a new order, a new photoshoot was done, the 2 remixes of the singles were added and a track called "Voodoo" was included. It was released in Thailand as well.[2]

gollark: Some of them are apparently against specific "oligarch" people, but it's not like people don't use banks and currency?
gollark: I mean, sanctions have slightly imploded the currency, and stopped many banks being able to transact (presumably).
gollark: They aren't that selective, though.
gollark: I guess sanctions have an air of vagueness while this doesn't.
gollark: Huh. Weirdly, I intuitively find that bad and sanctions good?
