Finnish Handball Association

The Finnish Handball Association (Finnish: Suomen Käsipalloliitto) (SKPL) is the administrative and controlling body for handball and beach handball in Republic of Finland. Founded in May 1941, SKPL is a founder member of both the European Handball Federation (EHF) and the International Handball Federation (IHF).[1] [2]

gollark: What would be neat is similar choice of *governance*, somehow, so people who liked lots of state intervention could live somewhere with that and people who don't can live elsewhere, but I don't think that would be very practical to implement.
