FC Samgurali Tskaltubo is a Georgian association football club from Tskhaltubo. Samgurali played in Umaglesi Liga except 1995–96 season, and 2000–01 season, in 2002 Samgurali relegated again and in 2004 fall to Regionuli Liga.
