History

The club "Teplovyk" has its founding roots in 1998 from the DMP "Ivano-Frankivsk Teplokomunenerho" utilities company.[1]

At first the young football club took part in the championship among teams of utility companies from the Ivano-Frankivsk region and other mini-football tournament.

During the two seasons, 1998 and 1999, the team competed in the regional championship under the auspice of "Ukraine" sports society and became double Champions of this competition.

In 2000, the club entered the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast championship.

In 2000, the club played in the neglected city stadium Lokomotiv, which is one of the oldest in the city (opened in 1927). The club's owners reconstructed the stadium, added mounted electronic scoreboards and installed plastic seats to the central stand. The upgraded stadium was renamed to Hirka Stadion - the location of the neighborhood where it is located, and director of the sports facility and the chairman of the club at time was Vladimir Roshnivskyi.

In 2002, the club won the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast championship under the guidance of Vasyl Humenyaka.[2]

In 2013, Teplovyk united with a local youth football club Nika and invited several players from FC Hazovyk Bohorodchany. It continued its competitions under the name of Nika-Teplovyk.

Before the 2014 season, Nika-Teplovyk separated, with Nika remaining in the Oblast Premier League, while Teplovyk had to go in the second league.[3]

In 2015, the team in the competed in the first league championship. The senior team finished 6th place, while the youth team won the championship.

The club entered the 2016–17 Ukrainian Second League.[4] The club also adopted a new logo with the year of 2016 inscribed on it.

On 5 December 2016, the administration of the club applied to have its name to be changed to Teplovyk-Prykarpattia for the spring portion of the competition, while also filing for the 2017-18 season's professional license under the name of Prykarpattia.[5] The club's administration also adopted a new logo with a year of 1981 inscribed on it when the original Spartak Ivano-Frankivsk changed to Prykarpattia.

Notes

gollark: You do also need batteries. Which I think generally degrade quite fast.
gollark: It would even be possible to introduce horrible privacy problems. Perhaps you could do eye-tracking.
gollark: You could still do that with a computer-y interface to it, although it would probably not be able to let you see as many options at once as an actual aisle would.
gollark: That seems kind of terrible, you could end up spending more than you could.
gollark: You can use "search" technology.
