Eyob Ghebrehiwet Faniel
Eyob Ghebrehiwet Faniel (born 26 November 1992) is a born Eritrean Italian long-distance runner who won a silver medal at the 2018 Mediterranean Games. He is the national record holder in the marathon with a time of 2:07:19, set on 23 February 2020, at the 2020 Seville Marathon.[1]

Biography
Born in Eritrea, came in Italy in 2004, he was naturalized in 2005 at 23.[2]
In 2019, he competed in the men's marathon at the 2019 World Athletics Championships held in Doha, Qatar.[3] He finished in 15th place.[3]

gollark: As far as I know most people (around my age) don't actually use non-phone computers very much at all, and then only for text editing and such.
gollark: Just break into a random factory farm and give them all immunosuppressants then.

gollark: Just sequence all the virii you find and print out random mixes of the genes as RNA.
gollark: I guess that's true. Not sure what happened there. Apparently it's a really different evolutionary path.
