History

In 2006, Sameer Sain and Atul Kapur founded The Everstone Group in London, United Kingdom.[3] They then shifted its headquarters to Singapore. Everstone has 250 employees, with seven offices worldwide, three (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru) in India, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Mauritius, and the United States.[4][5].

Investments

The Everstone Group is a private equity investor in India and South East Asia with investments in Burger King in India and Indonesia[6], Domino's Pizza in Indonesia[7], IndoSpace in India[8], IndoStar Capital Finance[9], and DSG Consumer Partners[10], among others.[11]
