O'Reilly made her debut against Melbourne Victory on Saturday, 25 October 2008 after being substituted on for teammate Gillian Foster. O'Reilly then made her scoring debut in the last round of her first season against Melbourne Victory assisting the team to a 2–0 win at home which knocked Melbourne out of the race to the finals.

O'Reilly joined Newcastle Jets ahead of the 2016–17 W-League season.[1]
