El-Baz (Arabic: الباز, Hebrew: אלבז, also spelled Elbaz, Al-Baz, Albaz or ElBez (Arabic pronunciation: [elˈbæːz]) is an Arabic surname, meaning "the falcon" ("Baz" means falcon in Arabic).
