Club career

A tall striker, Hernández started his career at Platense F.C. and joined Swedish Allsvenskan side BK Häcken on loan for the 2012 season,[1] but in June 2012 El Cañonero del Aguán joined Motagua for the 2012 Apertura season.[2]

On 9 March 2018, FC Irtysh Pavlodar announced the signing of Hernández.[3] On 13 June 2018, Irtysh Pavlodar announced that Hernández had left the club by mutual consent.[4]
