Deya (Russian: Дея) is a rural locality (a station) in Preobrazhensky Selsoviet of Zavitinsky District, Amur Oblast, Russia. The population was 22 as of 2018.[1]

The village is located 10 km south-east from Zavitinsk and 10 km from Preobrazhenovka.
