Devitsa (Russian: Девица) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Devitskoye Rural Settlement, Semiluksky District, Voronezh Oblast, Russia. The population was 5,780 as of 2017.[2] There are 79 streets.

It is located ot the Veduga River, 12 km from Voronezh.
